Job description

Job Purpose:
As a National Account Energy Auditor, you will travel to perform site lighting/electrical audits for customer across the US. This can include, but is not limited to, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings, restaurants, hotels, warehouse, industrial. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to travel 80% of the time.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Perform site audits following scope requirements.
• Identify the required existing equipment (lighting and/or electrical).
• Prepare detailed audit reports.
• Coordinate travel to conduct site audits across the US.
• Meet on site with customers.
• Manage expenses during business travel.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED or college degree in related field.
• 3+ years’ experience and/or training in the lighting and electrical industry.
• Experience with auditing software preferred (SnapCount, Ecoinsight, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required, and Blue Beam REVU preferred.
• Able to read plans and perform take-offs.
• Knowledge of lighting systems, controls preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Self-directed and Motivated.
• Ability to work off-hours to perform job duties.
• Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
