POSITION SNAPSHOT

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Director who will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide systems, with a focus on Workday. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, and a deep understanding of enterprise systems.

DAY IN THE LIFE…

Develop and implement enterprise-wide systems, with a focus on Workday, that meet the organization’s needs.
Manage the project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the enterprise systems team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, HR, Finance, and other business units.
Develop and implement best practices for enterprise systems management, including system governance, change management, and release management.
Develop and manage budgets for enterprise systems, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to enterprise systems.
Ensure that all enterprise systems comply with relevant security and compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, finance, accounting or a related field preferred. MBA degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in IT management
8+ years of experience with Workday
5+ years of experience managing teams
Experience with UKG Kronos and SalesForce is a plus
Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and resource management
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
