Job description

As a Quick Lube Technician at Doug Henry Chevy Ford Tarboro, you will be at the forefront of the automotive industry. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest equipment and technology, creating a unique service experience for all of our guests

Responsibilities:

• Change oil, transmission fluid and filters
• Install batteries and checks electrical systems
• Tire maintenance
• Install parts
• Road test vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations
• 1-year of automotive repair experience
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug test/physical/ background check
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 years of automotive repair experience,
• Completion of vocational-technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment
• Experience with Ford or Chevy vehicles is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• ASE Certifications
• State Inspectors License preferred
