Job Details:
· Conducting interviews, recommending products, closing sales, use Kemper's family security selling system
· Continuously prospecting for sales opportunities
· Collecting premium from policy holders based on a pre-arranged schedule
· Responding promptly to policy-holder's service request
· Keeping records, accounting for money collected and processing paper works
Experience:
· Sales experience preferred
Skills:
· Basic computer skills
Workweek Details:
· Full-time - Monday to Friday
Starting pay :
· $600 per week
Pay Details:
· commission based - we pay for performance, successful first year agents average pay of nearly $38k with the second year pay of nearly $47k. Top agents earn over $53k in their first year that growing to over $68k in their second year.
