Key Responsibilities
- Cabling and remote site ROW acquisition;
- Reviewing engineering drawings;
- Negotiating the acquisition of right of way and other property interests as needed
to accommodate the construction, operation, and maintenance of client facilities; and - Serving as a liaison between clients, cities, and counties, among other parties.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Knowledge of permitting process, including landowner communications and notification process;
- Knowledge of all aspects of right-of-way, including title research, document preparation, due diligence, negotiation, and acquisition, permitting, operation, public relations as well as a solid understanding of general regulatory and legal issues; and
- Thorough understanding of telecommunication system objectives and construction techniques.
