Day Shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Weekend work required

Position Summary:
The Environmental Services Technician, under general supervision, performs cleaning functions as assigned to provide a clean, germ-free environment for patients, visitors and staff. Innovations improve work procedures and methods and primarily result in some time and cost savings. The job duties are to assist indirectly in providing patient care by insuring a safe, healthful, and pleasant environment. Work occasionally requires internal contacts outside the work group to exchange work-related information.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is desired, but not required
Knowledge/Skills:
- Requires reading to understand basic instructions (e.g., labels).
- Requires writing to record basic information (e.g., filling out forms, taking messages, etc.).
- Requires use of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
