Equipment Manufacturing Assembler/Solderer (FT)
Job description
Location: Winter Springs FL
Position: Equipment Manufacturing Assembler/Solderer Position
Pay: $16.00
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7 am to 4 pm

Qualifications Required:
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
- Ability to assemble complex mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction from the supervisor.
- Proficient in soldering techniques in accordance with IPC-610 or equivalent.
- Proper working knowledge and understanding of ESD.
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of complex medical device quality requirements.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; or a demonstratable ability to perform duties.
Experience: Minimum one year assembling/soldering electronic devices.

- Electro mechanical device sub-assembly.
- SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Fabricate cable and wire assemblies, sub-assemblies.
- Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation.
- Participate in cross training activities.
- Utilize hand tools, soldering iron and measurement instruments to support assembly operation.
- Maintain the highest quality workmanship and productivity.
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain assembly equipment and a clean organized work area.
