• Operate and maintain metal printing and cutting equipment: Mimaki flatbed printer, HP flatbed printer, Kern laser cutter, and Timesaver refinishing machine. Train from the ground up to learn how to produce products and components to specifications.
• Select appropriate materials used in production per setup instructions.
• Monitor machine performance during the printing or machining processes. Perform preventive maintenance and clean machines.
• Identify component defects and take corrective action to solve the problem.

• 2+ year’s work experience that required attention to detail. Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Ability to learn how to read and interpret blueprints and other product specification documents in English. Experience here a plus.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hand tools.
• Lift 25 lbs. regularly.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work independently.
• Dependable – reliably arrive at 6:00 am ready to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
