Ethics and Compliance Manager
We are looking for an Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our Ethics and Compliance team to build a world-class program and manage its day-to-day functions in Nashville TN/ your remote home office.
This role reports to the Senior Counsel, Ethics and Compliance and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing key global ethics and compliance program initiatives to reduce the company’s ethical and reputational risks. The Ethics and Compliance Manager will also work collaboratively with our supply chain organization to engage suppliers and business partners to operate in a socially responsible manner.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of designing, implementing, and driving compliance programs, overseeing investigations, training teams in global enterprises, and measuring program effectiveness through data and metrics. This is a highly visible role that requires strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and project management leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ethics and compliance initiatives, including compliance improvements and remediation plans, with the business and functions.
- Conduct investigations related to complexmatters.
- Manage the internal investigations process, including maintaining the ethics case management system, providing direction for the in-house or outsourced investigators, analyzing investigation results, and recommending mitigating and monitoring measures.
- Work collaboratively with Internal Audit, Legal, HR and other stakeholders to recommend and/or drive process improvements, including the Company’s ability to detect and prevent compliance failures.
- Lead the implementation of an online and face-to-face compliance training program for employees, JVs partners and third parties.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to help mitigate compliance-related risks.
- Lead and implement third party management initiatives, working closely with the Legal function, distribution partners, and the business to evaluate and address identified risks.
- Manage the conflict-of-interest process.
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and other metrics to monitor and measure program effectiveness.
- Supports other initiatives of the Ethics and Compliance program as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) certification required within 24 months of hire.
- Professional-level fluency in Spanish, French, or Chinese preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience developing a corporate ethics program.
- Experience leading investigations regarding bribery, fraud, embezzlement, internal controls, and conflicts of interest.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
