This role will be a Hybrid Role.

Role Responsibilities
  • Working with internal stakeholders to secure the event schedule for the year across the PSI business, including its programs.
  • Providing management to events team members, including employee lifecycle responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development.
  • Securing sponsorships for approved shows.
  • Planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining event schedules and lists for the website event page.
  • Contributing insights into current methodologies across our overall conference strategy and making suggestions for improvements.
  • Staying abreast of the latest event and engagement marketing best practices, approaches, innovations and technologies; and sharing insights with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and/or vendors to successfully plan and execute propriety events, third-party conferences and sponsorships, while ensuring consistent brand and event standards.
  • Contributing towards discussions across all workstreams to develop the success criteria, goals, project plans and requirements for events.
  • Managing outside contractors, agencies, and vendors.
  • Working within the events budget, providing detailed cost reports and analysis around event ROI.
  • Conducting other marketing activities to promote products and services at events.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements"
  • Education to Bachelor’s degree level in relevant field, e.g. marketing, business management, media or communications.
  • Previous experience in planning and delivering event marketing initiatives is ideal.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of project management principles.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with project management and communication tools, e.g. Asana, HubSpot, Teams, WebEx etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with a mix of stakeholders with different demands, learn from them and bring new ideas and approaches.
  • Experience in the assessment or education industries preferred.
