ZINTEX Remodeling is a family owned and operated home improvement company, specializing in bathroom remodeling, that serves the DFW Metroplex, Wichita Falls, Abilene, San Angelo, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, Austin markets and Lawton, Oklahoma for the last 20 years. Job Description: We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and money motivated Events/Shows Manager in West Texas, who would also serve as our liaison with the Home Depots that we generate leads and appointments in.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our HR Manager/Recruiter to recruit, hire and train Demonstrators to work our Events/Shows booths in multiple West Texas markets and set appointments with customers.
• Report directly to our Vice President of Marketing, where you would be trained by both our current DFW Events/Shows Manager and VP of Marketing.
• Drive throughout the West Texas markets of Abilene, San Angelo, Midland/Odessa and Amarillo to set up/tear down and work certain Events and Shows.
• Train Home Depot employees how to set quality appointments at any of the West Texas Home Depots we have our displays/end caps in.
• Hold Demonstrators accountable to hitting certain metrics (such as number of appointments set per hour worked)

Qualifications:

• Able to work on Weekends (not necessarily every Weekend), while having 2 Weekdays off
• Reliable vehicle to utilize for business travel and ZINTEX will pay for travel expenses
• Someone who enjoys speaking with potential customers in person
• Minimum 1 year of working or managing Events/Shows
• Home improvement experience strongly preferred
• Coachable individual eager to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• Excellent computer skills
• Professional communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
