This position will be based out of Ericsson's North American Headquarters in Plano, TX.
About this opportunity
Ericsson's Global Customer Unit AT&T is looking for a Senior Level Executive Administrative Assistant to provide a high degree of administrative support. In some cases, you may take decisions on behalf of your manager and represent the unit if delegated. Further, you will contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, act as an expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed and authorize e.g. orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Responsibility includes support and engagement in Ericsson's internal administrative processes, systems, and tools. This position is in Plano, TX
What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the customer unit leaders
- Manage and serve as the gatekeeper for the executive's calendar
- Create all travel arrangements, including global flights and lodging
- Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, trainings
- Facilitate internal communications
- Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines
- Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization
You will bring
- 7+ years of administrative assistant support in a large corporation or organization
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills
- Strong people and team Relations skills
- MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, Concur, SAP and conference equipment proficiency
