  • Experience with Quickbooks invoicing/reporting

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Company Owner
  • Payroll - calculate employee amounts, fill out worksheets, organize subcontractor invoices, confirm info with owner, process through ADP
  • Employee Onboarding/Hiring - paperwork & organization
  • Job posting, Phone interviews, application reviewing, communicating process with applicants
  • Audit current employee paperwork, confirm everything is up to date
  • Organize Electronic & Hard Files
  • Work with Executive to maintain and update running task list
  • Assist with writing proposals using a template
  • Schedule meetings/appointments
  • Communicate with company employees, place supply orders with vendors.
  • Various projects
  • Customer relations

  • Handle day-to-day communications in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members
  • To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance
  • Assemble reports and financial data
  • Data entry, light bookkeeping, scan and categorization of invoices
  • Prioritize workload and remain flexible and available to executive, as needed
  • Respond to phone calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries and schedule site visits
  • Manage internal and external high-level communications, prepare, write, edit, and proofread emails, memos and documents
  • Coordinate holiday gifts for clients, partners and employees
  • Anticipates and respond proactively to the needs of the VPs
  • Utilize your organizational and detail-oriented skills to provide support to staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, filing, mail, correspondences and other basic administrative work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
