We're looking for a creative, passionate, detail-oriented Head Chef who will help support our growing restaurant. The position requires someone who can assist with create and execute food and beverage concepts, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure that our customers enjoy a consistently superior dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the economics of the restaurant industry.
• Have good organizational and time management skills.
• Order food supplies.
• Manage kitchen staff
• ServSafe is a must!
• Work with Food and Beverage Director
• Banquets that require food display are an everyday event
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Late night menu as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
