Newly opened in 2019, Table Two Twelve Chophouse (T212) has quickly become known as a “Cut above the rest” premier restaurant in West Central Minnesota. Set upon the historic Rivercrest Golf Course in Montevideo, MN, this beautiful venue offers guests a taste of the fine dining experience, while still being able to enjoy the traditions of our local cuisine. Serving USDA prime cut (Wood-fired) Ribeye, Bistro Tender & Grilled Bone-in Pork Chops, to Blackened Grilled Salmon and Almond Encrusted Walleye, our quality of food is the foundation for success when it comes to a memorable dining experience.
Comfortably seating 160 guests in our restaurant and bar area, our current hours of operation are Tuesday – Saturday from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for dinner service. However, listening to our guests, we feel the time is right to take that next step in expanding our business hours to include weekday lunches & Sunday brunches, while fulfilling a vital need in our community.
T212 also has a hidden gem in our private event room, which hosts up to 100 guests. Private parties, business meetings, groom’s dinners, bridal showers, graduations & anniversaries are just a few of the private events held throughout the year. Clients work directly with the Executive Chef and Event Manager to develop a menu and service plan for each event.
As T212 expands its hours of operation, we recognize the need to hire qualified experienced kitchen staff. This includes a full time Executive Chef who demonstrates their joy in the culinary craft of cooking and creative menu development; has distinct knowledge of food costs & ordering; has a commitment to food safety, licensing & kitchen cleanliness, has the ability to effectively lead, train, schedule and empower kitchen staff to work in a team oriented environment where they too can learn the tools of success; has great communication skills & the ability to work with the General Manager, service staff and vendors.
Executive Chef - Desired Qualifications: In addition to the above-named requirements, the desired qualifications of hiring an Executive Chef include an A.A. degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts; experience in successfully leading a culinary team, and experience leading the day-to-day operations of a kitchen.
Starting Salary: The starting salary of our Executive Chef would depend upon qualifications, with a beginning negotiable base of $45,000 annually.
Currently using a Brigade style kitchen service, T212 is also hiring full time Sous Chef/s to assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and events in a team-oriented environment. Must have the ability to effectively work as a team, take direction from a team leader, work in a fast-paced environment, be able to have consistent cooking skills, food safety skills and great communication skills.
Sous Chef - Desired Qualifications: In addition to the above-named requirements, the desired qualifications of hiring a Sous Chef/s include an A.A. degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts; detailed experience in successfully working as an integral part of a culinary team, & a commitment to working a rotating weekday/weekend schedule.
Starting Salary: The starting salary of our full time Sous Chef/s would depend upon qualifications, with a beginning negotiable base of $35,000 annually.
