Jennings McCall Center has an opening for their Executive Director position. We are a 240-room multi-purpose facility, providing assistance for independent, assisted and memory care residents. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a large facility.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Instill trust levels with the Board of Trustees, Home Board, Aidan Health Services, Inc., Management, employees, Residents, families and the public.

· Maintain absolute confidentiality concerning Board, Organization, employee, and Resident issues.

· Analyzes budget reports and data and ensures compliance with-in the Jennings McCall Center with the overall Organization plan.

· Ensures department managers are in compliance with all Organizations policies and procedures, including: those to do with safety regulations, federal and state laws.

· Develops and maintains a Resident Care system that meets State ALF Regulations, the needs of the Residents and the expectations of Aidan Health Services, and the Board of Trustees.

· Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records and reporting required by law or local governing bodies, Board of Nursing and/or other departments with-in the Organization.

· Recruits and screens qualified Residents for apartment vacancies, conducts new resident screenings.

· Oversee maintenance of all Resident files and charts.

· Works in cooperation with Aidan Health Services on planning and maintaining a financially stable facility.

· Works in cooperation with Aidan Health Services on setting and meeting both short and long term goals for the facility and the Organization.

· Works closely with Department Heads in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

· Oversee the Marketing Director’s efforts to maintain a high occupancy rate.

· Responds to inquires regarding Resident care, procedures, and programs.

· Represents Organization at Masonic or Easter Star meetings when requested.

· Contract with outside suppliers to provide services, as needed for the Residents or the facility.

· Promotes the Assisted Living Principles among all staff and Residents.

· Conducts an ongoing quality assurance program that evaluates Residents’ services and satisfaction.

Provides a monthly facility update report to consulting company.
