The Opportunity
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $43300 - $57400 / year

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and order and distributes supplies and equipment as needed, while working to control cost.
- Maintain a daily “check-out” and “stay-over” report.
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed.
- Maintain control of all master keys.
- Monitor and controls expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place.
- Conduct housekeeping inspections on a regularly and takes corrective action as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum three (3) years of hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Minimum two years experience supervising a team.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures and cleaning solvents.
- Knowledge of how to use the Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents.
- Good communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift.
- Frequent climbing of stairs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying.
- Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing or washing duties.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of rooms and surfaces.
