Executive Meeting Manager - Franchise

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be part of our management team and be actively involved in shaping future company development. The ideal candidate will be highly educated, possess strong analytical abilities and be able to lead cross-functional teams. This position requires a willingness to take initiative, assume responsibility and support our company's goals.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the creation and distribution of communications, Rooming Lists, B*anquetE ventO*rders, Resumes and Delphi Change Logs as they apply to assigned events and follow through while the client is on site of all Banquet events that are assigned to him/her.

  • Responsible for any group rooming lists that are assigned to the CSM.
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of Group Resumes associated with the groups that are assigned to the CSM.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing for the groups that are assigned to the CSM.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and\or Sous Chef to know the menu for each function served and be able to explain the major ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Is the main Hotel contact while the group is on site.
  • Assists the Banquet Staff in completing weekly walk-throughs of all meeting space, reporting the deficiencies that are found and the follow up to ensure that all of the work was completed.
  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all meeting and pre-function space.
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct posting of all EMC or EMC/Banquet revenue utilizing the forms and procedures that are in place.
