What you should know about the Executive Sales Officer - Vendor Industrial Finance role:
Signature Financial targets lease and loan transactions financing of essential equipment, which includes, but not limited to, construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing and medical equipment to middle market clients. We have an experienced documentation and lending team to support your specialty finance business. Our focus is on transactions ranging from $250,000 - $15,000,000. We are looking for Executive Sales Officers who have established relationships with middle market clients and want to fully service those clients in the equipment leasing and finance space.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Ability to consistently source $25MM or more in new business annually
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position of clients and transaction structure
· Work with credit, asset management and documentation teams in managing risk and client service
· Ability to work independently from a remote location
Qualifications:
· 5 years minimum experience with a verifiable track record of producing a minimum of $20MM annually on a direct basis with middle market clients
· High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· History of success working with commercial banking teams to support existing and new bank clients with equipment loan and lease products
· Established, verifiable client relationships with middle market companies in targeted industries
· Must be able to build and maintain client relationships within Northern California
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Strong knowledge of lease and loan products, pricing, and structure
· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Super trump, T Value and ACT
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on commission.
