Meet the Office:

At Winter Springs Dentistry, you will become part of an office that has been steadily serving our community for 20 years, while keeping current through the latest advances in dental technology. Our family practice ensures the beauty and health of every smile we serve, from children to adults, through a variety of treatments including crowns and bridges, fillings, Invisalign, cosmetic procedures, cleanings and more. We focus on patient education and ensuring that our workplace culture is friendly and positive for all our staff. We are excited to add to our growing team a dental assistant who is passionate about their work and seeking their forever dental home!

The Ideal Assistant Description is Someone Who:

• has at least 2 to 5 years of experience as an EFDA
• focuses on patient interaction and education
• is flexible and adaptable
• is friendly and easy going
• is professional and possesses a strong work ethic
• is a team player and loves their job
• is bilingual: English & Spanish

Start Date:

• As soon as possible

Schedule:

• Full Time Availability Only! (4 DAYS)
• Tuesday to Friday | 7:45AM - 5:45PM (1 hour lunch from 1PM - 2PM)

- Once a month, we switch a week to Monday - Thursday with same hours

Compensation Package:

• Hourly Rate: $20 - $24
