Our company is seeking experienced window cleaners to join our team, either in a standard window cleaning role or as a crew leader. We aim to expand our management team by adding 1-2 new members. The management position offers the potential for year-round salary and benefits.

Pane’N The Glass Window Cleaning was started out of the owners MSU dorm room. Originally, it was just a side gig. It’s been 15 years since then and we now have 9 locations between Montana, Hawaii, Washington and Oregon.

The Work

We are an interior and exterior window cleaning company. About 90% of our projects are residential. We work directly with home owners, Realestate agents, and property managers. Window cleaning is a fast paced and active job.

Its NOT back breaking labor and doesn’t require much heavy lifting (outside of moving ladders around - most of which are under 50lbs) but it does require you to be moving all day.

We clean windows on some of the most incredible properties around the greater Bozeman/Big Sky area. We have over 2,000 clients who trust us to be in their spaces therefore you must be trust worthy, positive, hard working, good with people and professional.

Window cleaning, done correctly, is an art. You must be willing to commit yourself to learning a new trade.

All the gear, vehicles, and training are provided. We start at generally start around 8am each day and usually finish between 3-5

Pay

Pay starts at $17/hour unless you have relevant experience. After a few weeks $17-$20 becomes your base pay and you are able to earn more with commission. Most guys are earning over $20 + tips after the training period.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
