Experienced Automotive Biller Needed.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Automotive Biller with at least 1-2 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership setting. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus along with DMV knowledge and the ability to separate deals. We are looking for a professional with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, work independently, and an excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale

• Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department

• Prepares tax and title documents • Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted

• Assists in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork

• Provides additional administrative support as needed

• Maintains an orderly accounting system

• Maintains accounts payable/receivable

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in an automotive dealership

• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience

• DMV knowledge

• Ability to separate deals

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

• Highly professional and dependable

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
