Exciting opportunity for an outgoing, personable and customer service oriented individual to join the team of a thriving juice bar and health food cafe inside The Krog District food hall.

Must have previous restaurant or food service industry experience in a customer service or cashier role. Looking for team members who are available to work during lunchtime hours on weekdays and weekend shifts. Opportunity for growth into a shift lead role upon successful completion of probationary period.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage transactions with customers using digital POS system
• Ensure that things run smoothly and help us maximize customer satisfaction
• Inspect all orders to ensure accuracy and food quality
• Collect payments, Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Help customers navigate the menu options and provide recommendations
• Up-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, address concerns and provide relevant solutions
• Greet customers with a smile when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Communicate orders to kitchen and ensure timely ticket times
• Support Kitchen crew during opening and closing
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels of food products and supplies

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 Year Experience as a food service cashier or customer service associate required
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like an iPad or retail POS system
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer friendly attitude
• High school degree/some college preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
