One Source Custom Construction is located in Oak Harbor WA and complete all types of jobs throughout Island Country. Serving both Residential and Commercial clients.

Our construction projects consists of all aspect of construction. We do everything from site prep to finish carpentry work.

Coordinating with Project Manger and fellow employees to obtain excellent results.

Determine needed resources (employees, equipment, and materials) from start to finish

Responsible for acquiring equipment and materials for completion of job.

Supervise the work of fellow employees and instruct them on how to complete tasks properly and efficiently

Ensure safety of all fellow employees and clients.

Customer communication during every phase to guarantee their satisfaction of job from beginning to end.

Communicate with supervisors of client communication to ensure project fluency

Skills:

Proven experience as construction carpenter

In depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and equipment (including operation for said equipment) needed for any given job.

Knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards

Outstanding communication skills to clients, fellow employees and supervisors.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Leadership abilities

Ability to teach, instruct, demonstrate, and encourage fellow team members

Able to describe in detail each aspect of the construction process to supervisors, team members and clients.

Superb attention to detail

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 yrs experience in the carpentry field of construction.

References of previous employment in the construction field

Salary Range $25-28 per hour Depending on Experience level.

Must have a Valid Drivers license and be at least 18 years old to apply.
