Job Description
As a technician you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance, diagnose vehicles, and repair using the most optimal solutions.
- Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Confer with customers or service adviser to obtain descriptions of customers concerns and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- The individual must possess a high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain his/her work place clean and organized
- Follows all safety procedures
- Adherence to Company's policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have Ford Certifications or at least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Candidate must have tools, mechanical aptitude, possess a positive attitude working within a team, be reliable and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
