General Duties:
- Fills out and forwards to accounting all purchase orders for F&B outlets.
- Costing and sourcing food items for new menus for F&B outlets.
- Track and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Time edits and input for UKG.
- Responsible for typing all administrative paperwork for Chefs which pertain to
payroll data, including uniform deductions and ordering the uniforms.
- Maintain Chef notes.
- Orders china, silver glass and uniforms as needed for all F&B outlets.
- Assist with counts and enter the counts into spreadsheet for monthly inventories.
- Attend weekly F&B meetings maintaining notes to discuss upcoming programs with
department heads and other HSB Resort staff.
- Process work orders after the monthly F&B maintenance walk through.
- Book reservations for holiday dining events throughout the Resort.
- Occasionally book in house meetings for department supervisors as requested.
- Maintain filing system.
- Distribute weekly schedule.
Employment Standards:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Customer service, hotel, or restaurant support experience a plus
- Communicate and disseminate information accurately.
- Excellent language, spelling, writing, editing and proofreading skills and telephone
etiquette.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365 and Power Point; fax and
copier machines.
- Experience with ordering and vendor relationships; BirchStreet preferred.
- Typing (minimum 40 wpm), filing and general office skills a must
- Very detail oriented and organized.
- Must have neat and clean overall appearance.
- Maintain proper associate professional dress standards.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to interact with co-workers, customers and have a sense of TEAM
