The Facilities Director will lead team members and manage core facilities functions across all company brands and locations. Primary areas of responsibility include Facilities Maintenance & Repair, Distribution Center Logistics, Games Management, and New Store Opening (NSO) Support. This role will require development of strong working relationships with internal and external partners that support both home office and field operations. Collaboration, energy, creativity, and innovative thinking are essential to success. The Facilities Director will be instrumental in helping build scalable processes and tools that support growth of the facilities function and Rise Brands as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and implement a CMMS solution that manages repair and maintenance, asset tracking, and contractor management processes across all brands and locations. Manage vendor relationships and ongoing operation of the platform.
  • Work with field teams to execute R&M activities across all locations including emergency, planned, and preventive maintenance. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections to support these processes and help manage Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and day to day oversight of the facilities team, including Repair & Maintenance Manager, Games Manager, and Distribution Center Coordinator. Work with department leadership to identify additional resource needs, optimization of team structure, and implementation of operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with and support field operations including home office leadership and location management teams (Operations Managers and Location GM’s/AGM’s.)
  • Manage internal order-to-fulfillment processes for all locations and new store openings. Ensure the safety and effective handling of all company property throughout these processes as well as timely execution to support profitable business operations.
  • Support all aspects of the New Store Openings (NSO) process including coordination of domestic and overseas orders for equipment and furniture, shipping and receiving items to/from the Rise Distribution Center and onboarding new stores/locations to the CMMS platform according to NSO project plans. Collaborate with NSO teams, participate in regular NSO meetings, and update project plans where appropriate.
  • Implement processes/tools for effective Games Management including acquisition, tracking, repair and maintenance for these highly valuable assets. Games are essential to the business, primarily for all Pins Mechanical and 16-Bit Arcade locations.
  • Maintain a continual improvement mindset by identifying operational opportunities and making recommendations on improvements.
  • Assist with overall budget planning and tracking for the Facilities function including forecasting for any new store openings.

LEADERSHIP

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to all team members. Establish clear expectations and hold team accountable to results. Help facilitate and manage the annual review process while also providing candid feedback. Escalate issues to Department Leader.
  • Support department administrative processes: attend Rise/department meetings, schedule travel, follow through on mailing/shipping/invoicing for department.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Self-driven leader with knowledge of all aspects of core facilities functions. Proven multi-tasker, detail oriented, and demonstrated leadership ability/maturity. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
  • Experience order-to-fulfillment processes and systems, including Order Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Shipping (LTL, 3PL Package/Parcel, etc)
  • Highly skilled in use of Facilities software and tools including CMMS, OMS, IMS, WMS, Shipping/Logistics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to learn new business applications, as needed. Comfortable iOS/Mac.
  • Travel up to 20% to support field activities associated with facilities functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
