Hourly Wage: $25.12-$26.45

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Facilities Technician provides general upkeep of the office facilities, provides general maintenance of the buildings. Ensures equipment and operational systems are maintained and replaced as needed. This position works with other departments and personnel as needed for requests such as furniture arrangements, facility requests or changes. This position will assist in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule for building maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or GED. Experience with general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and minimum of 2 years experience managing a large facility building. Candidate must also have a valid drivers license and forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
