The Moorings at Lewes is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team. This position is Monday-Friday with On Call responsibilities. The hours during the week are
7:30 AM-4:00 PM.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day limited operational oversight of the Facilities Department, inclusive of maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and security, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and within the policies and procedures of SSL. Directed by the Director of Facilities to assure that the community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Assignments will be prioritized to meet the needs of the community.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in a similar position preferred.
