Job description
We are looking for a Facilities Technician who is passionate about the function and impact of their work. This position requires strong attention to detail, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is also proficient in Microsoft Office and has a background in data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the physical and operational integrity of the business property.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Monitor the energy needs of the building and recommend changes to reduce energy costs.
- Submit purchase orders for materials and equipment.
- Maintain the physical plant of the property.
- Monitor safety of employees, customers, and visitors to the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
