The Consultant will explain and discuss our services and solutions, seeking to understand each family and their needs, consulting on which services would be the best fit. The Family Services Consultant will place a high priority on outstanding customer service and support. As such, being able to communicate effectively and professionally, while speaking kindly and personably are particularly desirable traits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leverage the knowledge of your team members, our tools, and ongoing development opportunities to become an expert on our services and plans.
• Connect with families, consulting them on their options and which services will best meet their needs.
• Manage relationships with customers, proactively provide assistance to families, secure additional sales and generate referrals.
• Embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
• Work collaboratively across our organization and share best practices.
• Sell to three locations: Inglewood, San Fernando, Valley, and Brea CA.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Detail oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
• Compassionate, caring and dependable.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative and able to problem solve.

Given that applicants will be 1099/independent contractors, applicants will not receive 401k or medical insurance. Applicants will be able to start a SEP (Self-Employed Pension).
