We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our team and provide personalized advice to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for helping others look their best. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing customers with advice on the latest trends, helping them find the perfect outfit, and providing styling tips. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion and enjoys working with people.

Qualifications

Appreciation for art, beauty and luxury

Excellent verbal communication skills

Demonstrate a passion for customer service

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours of availability per week and somewhat flexible to possibly work on holidays, nights and weekends

Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED

2 year minimum of luxury retail experience

Ability to comfortably lift a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance

Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach up, and climb short ladders

Ability to use registers, computers, POS etc…

Responsibilities

Client Advisors represent GIOFFRE in all facets of style and hospitality as our premier sales team within each store

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the GIOFFRE shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service reflective of the company values.

Sell productively while meeting or exceeding the minimum sales per week goals set as per company policy

Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude. Initiates conversation.

Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.

Educate clients on brand, product knowledge (fit, styling, trends and fabrication)and style

Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the client’s expectation

Uphold GIOFFRE’s Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, and Praise

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards

Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service

Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.

The Fashion Advisor will report to the Boutique’s leadership

Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach

Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations

• Adheres to standards of inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
