Job Description
ECU School of Theatre and Dance is currently seeking several Box Office Assistants, who will assist the Box Office Manager with ticket sales, messages, and misc duties for the ECU/Loessin Playhouse and the summer processes. This position interacts with the public, so a certain level of customer service and professionalism is expected both on the phone and in-person.
Dress code during performances is business casual or costumes in accordance with Design team for each show. All other times, dress is casual, whatever you would wear to class.
Schedule is mainly Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm with flexible hours according to your classes. Nights and weekend work will be communicated in advance. Box office is closed when classes are not in session (holidays, breaks, etc.).
