DTR Logistics is searching for flex drivers for FedEx’s Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) to join our team. Our team maintains safety as a priority, has a service-oriented attitude, is reliable and organized, and possesses effective time management skills while complying with safety rules and policies.

DTR Logistics is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground out of the Hewitt terminal. Our mission is to provide timely, courteous, and professional experiences to our team and customers alike.

We are currently looking for drivers with availability on MONDAYS, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS. Additional days of work are potentially available. Work at your own pace, as long as you complete your route on schedule.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DRIVERS TO SERVICE THE CORSICANA AREA. PACKAGES WILL BE TRANSPORTED FROM HEWITT TO CORSICANA FOR AVP DRIVER DELIVERY.

Compensation: Starting pay $20/Hour

• Make your own schedule and work your own hours!
• No limit on packages available for delivery
• No delivery photo required upon delivery Job Requirements
• You will be using your own vehicle & smart phone for delivery. Deliveries will be made on company-owned scanners. Driver is responsible for paying for their own fuel and data used on their phone for GPS and Routing.
• Must own an insured vehicle
• Vehicles can be no older than 14 years of age
• Vehicles must be Insured with a Current Registration
• Vehicle must be no larger than a full size pickup truck Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide variety of packages to customers locations in a timely manner
• Complete logs and submit reports Eligibility Requirements
• 21 yrs or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license (commercial driver’s license is not required)
• Must be able to pass a background check & Motor Vehicle Record check
• Must be able to start at 10 am (minimum of 3 hours per shift)
• Looking for drivers with availability Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
• Bonus pay
