Fencer/Ground Worker
Full Time – Permanent – Salary from £19,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Fencer/Ground Worker to join our repairs and maintenance division. This contract covers a large geographical area including Essex, Kent and East Sussex.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Fencer to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment. You will be working on individual ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for carrying out the following:
  • Supporting Lead Fencers with variety of jobs
  • Clearing properties of all contents in preparation for works
  • Ensuring properties are cleaned to a high standard upon completion of works
What you need to have:
  • Previous experience as a Fencer and/or Ground Worker or similar
  • Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
  • Full driving licence
