The main objective of the Project Manager is to create the best possible customer experience by acting as a liaison between customers and crews. The list of job duties for a Project Manager on any given day may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Duties:

• Assist several subcontractor crews with installs on a daily basis
• Maintain positive customer relations through on-site and phone communication (Create Raving Fans)
• Survey job site for safety risks and potential issues before and throughout the project
• Responsible for maintaining dry in status during job activity
• Follow all installation guidelines for various products, maintaining VM quality control standards
• Follow up on customer satisfaction issues and drive resolution
• Document changes to project scope, materials used, and timeline delays
• Assist with Completion Certificates when needed
• Final sweep including using a metal detector for nails and debris after installs
• Onsite presence at the completion of the install, often during the evening
• Assist with material orders for incoming projects
• Notate customer accounts in CRM software and update Excel live docs; maintaining current job statuses

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to properly set up and climb ladders, navigate sloped surfaces and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Possess basic computer skills and the ability to learn cloud-based management software, MS Office Suite, CRM, and other miscellaneous software
• Knowledge of all safety protocols for roofing and general construction
• Has prior knowledge of Roofing, Siding, and Gutter manufacturers and suppliers
• Ability to use basic roofing-related hand tools (utility knife, hammer, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of Roofing Installation Guidelines and Safety Procedures
• Bi-lingual preferred

Educational/Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Five (5) years roofing, construction, or related project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
