IT Field Service Representative

As a Field Service Representative, you will work with like-minded peers to provide our clients with optimal system performance and a high quality of service. Proactively embracing cutting edge technology solutions and taking pride in the knowledge gained through overcoming complex technical challenges can be expected.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Work as part of a team and participate to ensure the team is successful every day
§ Learn and master the different types of equipment we provide to our clients; how they should be handled and installed
o Computers, laptops, kiosks, thin clients, and chrome devices
§ Respond to service request tickets timely with considerable attention to detail
§ Identify and set work priorities
§ Be able to travel overnight for multiple days at a time, 1-3 times a month
§ Work with in-house team members to solve issues
§ Pack computer equipment safely and securely to prepare for shipping
§ Drive locally to deliver equipment
§ Assist other departments as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
§ Have a passion for IT and pride themself on getting results
§ Have attention to detail and organizational skills
§ Excellent customer service skills
§ Excellent communications skills
§ Be proactive
§ Courteous and professional
§ Extensive knowledge of all current, and recent, versions of Windows
§ Knowledge of network switches, routers, and IP protocols
§ Experience with computer hardware
§ Work well independently as well as in a team environment
§ Own a car with a valid Driver’s license
BBe able to lift 30lbs and climb a ladder
Creative Tech will provide gas cards and IPass, as appropriate, for work travel. Overnight travel planning and accommodations will be provided, as well as a generous per diem and over-night bonuses!
