Field Service Water Technician
$1000 Sign-On Bonus!
Pentair currently has an opening for a Field Service Water Technician to join our team at our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, the Field Service Water Technician will diagnose and repair existing water treatment systems, install residential water treatment systems, service patio misting systems and fix basic plumbing issues. As a Field Service Water Technician, you will work with some of the best professionals in the business. Our technicians average over 8 years of service with our company. All of our Field Service Technicians are provided a Company branded vehicle (drive home) and provided a fuel/maintenance card as well as an iPad and phone with industry leading Service Titan Software. This position is an hourly non-exempt role during training and is subject to change to piece rate after 30-90 days. Piece rate pay will be driven by the service technician's workload with the potential to earn between $50-80k in piece rate during the first year in the position.

You will:
- Install and service residential water treatment systems
- Install systems both solo and with experienced teams
- Diagnose and repair minor plumbing issues
You should:
- Be outgoing, a team player and customer service focused
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
We like, but don’t require:
- Installation and servicing, patio heating & patio misting systems
- Soldering experience
- A basic understanding of plumbing
Additional Information:
Must be able to:
- Work a full 6-8 hour shift outside
- Push/Pull/Lift 80 lbs.
- Kneel and stand for a 6-8 hour shift
- Drive approximately 1-2 hours a day (Which includes commuting time)
