Contract

Rate :- $32-$33/hr.

Description:

Finance Analyst (Not Senior Finance Analyst)

• Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm

• Interview required:- Yes

• Any specific skills, requirements or experience you want in a candidate: Accounting/Finance Background; Bachelor's preferred (AS okay if they also have experience); Rebate Payment experience helpful; Strong Excel skills (formulas); MS Access

• Any additional Medical Surveillance testing required? No

• Will non-local/remote candidates be considered? - No

The Marketing Programs Analyst will provide business reporting, analysis, technology, project management, process improvement and accounting support to the team.

GOALS:

1. Work with Marketing Programs Administration Manager to define and facilitate key technology and improvement projects supporting the team and its business partners; ensure all projects follow sound project management principles

2. Act as technology subject matter expert to the team on tools, including Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint and reporting tools such as SAP and Business Warehouse

3. Manage and organize all reference information, including payment history, tables, and calendars

4. Manage and organize all team policies and procedures

5. Facilitate and administer the payment of selected programs

6. Provide accounting support to the team

7. Continuously seek challenges to improve professional skills and knowledge

8. High level of communication and action oriented follow up

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $32.00 per hour
