Job Description:

At Ardan Global Holdings, you will work with a suite of innovative brands including GridBase, Closepin, Grid151, eAgency, Ardan Investor Services and X1 Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute accurate reporting, and provide insightful analytics to drive business decisions in achieving annual and long-term financial goals.
  • Lead development of planning, forecasting and valuation models, materials, and recommendations by conducting comprehensive financial analyses and utilizing appropriate valuation methods to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate strategic financial plan process for both the business and corporate, including strategic objectives, revenue items, expenses, income and other elements of the plan.
  • Coordinate daily and month-end reporting procedures for the account results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity and cash flow in compliance with GAAP.
  • Support finance partners in the implementation of valuation models, development of ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities.
  • Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk.
  • Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Provide comparisons of business performance against competitors and industry trends.
  • Manage internal and external relationships by building rapport with key team members through active engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. MBA or Master in Finance or Accounting will be a plus.
  • 5-7 years of financial planning/analysis experience.
  • Accounting experience or degree will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of business finance systems and platforms.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Personal integrity; ability to keep client and company confidence.
  • A keen analytical mind combined with business acumen.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships while tracking and driving business team members toward achieving business and financial goals.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and ability to navigate well in an unstructured environment.
