The following position is available for the 2023-2024 school year:
Financial/Business Management Instructor
Instruct students in the techniques, attitudes, essential knowledge, etc., necessary for entry level careers in accounting, banking services, corporate finance, insurance, securities and investments. Prepare lessons in both a related class and exercises giving students a practical experience in the finance field. Coordinate work experiences that lead to approved Pre-Apprenticeships and/or Apprenticeships.
This position will teach in Career Tech as well as financial literacy semester classes.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) + years in field of finance and/or business
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but must meet the Ohio Department of Education Alternate License requirements for Career Technical program in Financial/Business Management.
- Valid licensure through the Ohio Department of Education in Career Technical Education in the field of Business or ability to attain and hold appropriate Alternate teaching license.
- Must pass all required background checks including but not limited to FBI, BCI.
- Complete a Career Technical Education Licensure Program in a timely manner as required.
