Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 12 Months
• Hybrid Schedule with 2-3 days of the week remote and 2 days in the office at Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Overview

• Interfaces and serves as a primary liaison between business units and Corporate Financial Department to ensure that reporting requirements, special requests, timelines, and variance analysis requests are satisfied.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization.
• Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Help build Power BI dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting analysis for a large organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and/or accounting principals as they apply to budget development and business planning.
• Experience in cost analysis.
• Experience working in databases and in SQL querying.
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, tables, etc.
• Experience working in Power BI to create data visualizations / dashboards.
• Ability to automate and streamline data collection and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Any coding experience for automation purposes.
