Job description
The Financial Operations Special Billing Lead will operate as Financial Operation's lead in supporting special consolidated billing requirements by identifying solution opportunities and driving / implementing continuous improvement in invoice presentation. Focus on invoice solution improvements, including third party billing, EDI and others as required, throughout the Contract to Cash lifecycle to decrease invoice delivery cost while driving delivery accuracy up with an ongoing focus on invoice related service delivery for our location partners and customers.Responsibilities:
Provide service and support to customers and Location team partners with special consolidated billing requirements in accordance with business and customer expectations.
Drive process changes into direct/indirect areas relating to the special billing process while reducing solution onboarding time and effort.
Serve as liaison between Financial Operations across location representatives and external customers to bridge knowledge gap and drive process improvement.
Devise and design process connectors to support future billing to offset excess administrative costs required to handle customers' needs.
Partner with IT counter parts on all aspects related to platform integration and effectiveness.
Assist with Customer P2P technical solution implementation and future updates.
Manage and monitor integration of new and existing customers into customer P2P technical solutions.
Support any ongoing customer P2P technical solution issues
Qualifications
Requirements :
4-year degree with Finance, Systems & Technology focus
3-5 Years, preferably with Third Party Billing related platforms
