This role is responsible for analyzing and forecasting financial data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. The position is also responsible for interpreting financial information on costs, prices and revenues. The ideal candidate is responsible for making recommendations to senior management; conducting complex financial analysis projects; preparing forecasts and analyzes the company's position in the market.
Part of a dynamic, flexible agile team focused on the highest priority initiatives within the NAOU. Agile Finance teams will be formed across customer, investments, planning, operations, and capability to drive growth, improve profitability, explore innovation, improve efficiency, and provide ad hoc analysis/financial insights.
Roles will be largely project and client focused, leveraging SME skillsets from across Finance. Team will operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to the North American Operation Unit.
What You’ll Do for Us
Customer – Support Customer Operations, deals negotiation & analysis, commercial analytics, pricing strategy, ad hoc
Investments – Direct Marketing Expense allocation strategy, brand contribution analysis, innovation value chains, M&A, Investment ROI, ad hoc
Planning – Business Plan planning support, system economics, insights, performance management, business integration, P/L validation, emerging business, sustainability, ad hoc
Operations – Support Zone Operations, franchise, foodservice & retail business partnership, Design for Reliability analysis, warehouse operations, ad hoc
Capability – Migration and transition support to platform services, project management, North American Operations Unit wiring support, scaling end to end processes, ad hoc
Functional Skills:
Develop Solutions for complex business needs
Make Recommendations to Client and Operations Unit leadership
Agile financial support to drive business results aligned to Long-Term growth strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5 or more years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required
