• Customer Service & Sales

- Approaches customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and help customers make decisions about desired product or service

- Informs customers of key product attributes to generate interest and to build clientele

- Covers care/protection plans and suggests additional products to customers - Meets or exceeds prescribed sales goals and productivity standards

- Greets and assists customers in finding products and delivers outstanding customer service

- Partners with other team members when additional support is needed - Actively listens to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems

- Promotes FindMore with customers to drive sales and enhance customer service

- Assists with credit, rewards and gift card programs throughout the store

- Actively and enthusiastically engages customers to support the company’s Instant Credit Application Process

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
