Title: Firmware Software Developer
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Location: Onsite Redmond, WA

Hours: Minimum 40 Hours/Week
- Develop firmware to integrate AR/VR devices with our data capture systems.
- Testing the developed firmware with the hardware.
- Support debugging issues reported by the users of the prototypes.
- Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems.
- Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use of the custom prototypes.
- 5+ years of experience with firmware development in C/C++ language.
- 5+ years of experience with developing firmware to control image sensors or cameras.
- Familiar with hardware testing equipment including oscilloscope, function generator, power supply, etc.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing, and delivery.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience with I2C/I3C
Education: BSCSE or related.
