The Role of the Fitness Director is crucial to the success of our business. They are responsible for overseeing club performance and assisting the General Manager with developing and mentoring the club staff as well assisting the General Manager with helping the club and staff achieve membership sales goals. Previous experience in sales, leadership and motivation are necessary. This is a full time position with opportunity to advance. You will be paid hourly, overtime, and commissions plus potential bonuses based on meeting club performance goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,788.00 - $90,000.00 per year
