Fleet Maintenance Technician

CTRI has an excellent reputation for reliably completing full-service disposal tire cleanups including pick up, transportation, and processing of tires. At Champlin Tire Recycling, Inc we have an immediate opening for a Fleet Maintenance Technician! This position may involve limited travel.

Duties Will Include:

• Repair and maintain fleet of trucks by performing preventative maintenance and heavy-duty repairs.
• Complete all needed repairs keeping quality, safety, and expediency at the forefront.
• Operates appropriate powered industrial equipment when necessary.
• Utilize computer system to accurately create, track, and complete work orders, 9including charging out parts, completing labor lines accurately, and describing the repairs completed.
• Uphold company standards of quality and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Class A CDL (or ability to obtain one upon employment)
• Working knowledge of Fleet Maintenance for Air Braces, Tire Repair, etc..
• Annual DOT Requirements
• Must have own hand tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently
• Must be highly motivated and safety oriented.
• Limited travel may be required

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
