Primary Job Responsibilities:

Tracking of trucks, trailers, tools, and testing equipment.

Track repair RMA’s on equipment. · Perform quarterly equipment audits in assigned market.

Manage and complete semi-annual Fixed Asset Audit.

Manage / Enforce maintenance and calibration programs for trucks, trailer, tools, and any other applicable items (Ex. Oil changes, tire rotations, air filters, fuel filter, bearings, equipment calibrations, etc.)

Manage GPS tracking system allocations and distribute monthly reports

Manage Fleet Management System to keep vehicle and equipment assignments updated

Ensuring all trucks and trailers are in full compliance with DOT regulations and up to date with insurance and registrations.

Works with HR department to ensure DOT DQ files are kept up to date

Works with Fleet and Supply Chain department to ensure policies and processes are followed.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fleet management.

Experienced in fleet, logistics and DOT standards

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Candidate must have analytical skills, be detailed oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks.

Must have good Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Must be able to pass a drug test.
