Flight Paramedic | Fixed Wing & Rotor
As a Flight Paramedic on LifeNet Air, you'll have the opportunity to fly as part of a team responsible for providing high quality advanced life support care, including assessment, triage, and treatment for critical patients. You'll also enjoy participating in outreach marketing and educational activities. To thrive in this role, you must have a minimum of three years (rotor applicants) or two years (fixed wing applicants) experience working in a busy 9-1-1 ground ambulance system (or experience as a flight paramedic).

Our Company
LifeNet Air is the oldest operating air medical program in the State of Arkansas. Operated in partnership with Air Methods, our flight nurses are assigned to fixed wing or rotor positions within our Speciality Care Transport Team.

Minimum Qualifications
In order to be considered for this position, you must be a paramedic with two (fixed wing) or three (rotor) years of experience in a busy 9-1-1 ground ambulance system (or a current flight paramedic).

Minimum requirements to apply for this position include:

• Current Texas and Arkansas state licenses as a paramedic
• Current NREMT-Paramedic certification
• Minimum two years of experience as a paramedic
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Negative DOT drug screen
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS/PEPP, NRP, ITLS/PHTLS.
• NIMS training ICS 100, 200 and 700
• FPC certification
  Note: Must be able to obtain within year of signing job description
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Functional movement to include heavy lifting of patients and equipment within highly stressed environments
